Refund policy

No returns/refunds on customized items and band-cutting pliers unless they are defective. 

Banding pliers and band openers in good condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Supplements, vitamins and food must be returned unopened. You will be liable for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. They must be returned to our Maryland office at:

Please take care to package returned items well - if they are damaged during return shipping we may not be able to give you a refund.
